Woke this morning to a massive thunderstorm – thunder, lightning, hail, rain- it was magnificent! But what a change from yesterdays sunshine.
I think this might be perfect reading weather!

Not for us…..it should be beautiful sunny moderate weather here now… actually it is usually the best time of the year – perfect walking weather, great outdoor weather, calm winds, about 20 degrees Celsius and the cool nights. Give it a month or so and winter will be here an we might take a trip northwards to find some sun.
PS The dogs are restless this morning – with all the thunder and not having their morning walk.
We should be heading for summer but for some reason global warming seems to be making this part of the world colder and wetter. It used to rain for about 300 days a year but now it’s up to roughly 360 – and 361 in a leap year! We had a nice day back in April though…
That is a lot of rain! 🙂 But agree with you – the weather patterns this year are very unpredictable.
We had 47mm of rain in the past 24 hrs!
