Protein Balls: The Healthy Cook -Dan Churchill

Today I made Protein Balls from Dan Churchill’s  The Healthy Cook. Easy to make and easy to adapt to make this recipe your very own. YUM.

I exchanged the peanut butter for almond butter as I am allergic to peanuts and used  a mixture of nuts that I had in the pantry.

These are great with a coffee or after dinner when you feel like a little something sweet.
