My apologies- no pictures to accompany this post – I made these very yummy pancakes for breakfast for my nephew and a few of his friends who are currently visiting. Not a crumb was left. I have been reliably told that they were delicious- best ever had! I will have to make again another day and grab the camera fast 🙂

Sorry Margot – not a crumb left:) The good thing with this recipe is you can make the batter ahead and leave in fridge a few hours/overnight – it actually improves the batter.
You cant tease us like that and not show us!!
