Golden Boys – Sonya Hartnett or
Eugenia – Mark Tedeschi QC
Good luck.
Deadly Obsession interests me!
It is a great read 🙂
Great giveaway Carol 🙂
Thanks Jen – see anything you might like?
I loved reading Sonya Hartnett’s Golden Boys. Fine literary writing giving an interesting portrait of Australian family life in the 70s/early 80s.
I was filled with an anticipation of dread from the first page…I just knew….a great read Lizzy
Thanks for this comment Lizzy…now I want to read this book.
It is well worth the read Colleen. A great portrait of life in that time and a study of manipulation.
Great giveaway – these all sound like great books 🙂 I’d have to choose Eugenia (or maybe Golden Boys) if I win.
Steph both are good – but so very different 🙂

Hi Christy….sorry completion has already been drawn but stay tuned fro more giveaways.
Deadly Obsession sounds interesting.;
It is a great read – can you fill in the entry form Dale if you haven’t already so I can contact winner?
Super giveaway Carol, I haven’t read anything by Karen M Davis yet but after looking up Deadly Obsession … it does it for me 🙂
Karen M Davis is a great Aussie author I am looking forward to the next in this series.
The only one I haven’t read is Eugenia, so I would pick that one.
Eugenia is unique….and a very sad true story. Good luck with your entry.
Karen M Davis is growing to be one of my favourite Aussie crime authors Carol! Great giveaways by the way – please don’t enter me, I just wanted to let you know 🙂
Thanks Marcia 🙂 Great Blog hop isn’t it? And I agree Karen M David is a terrific author – we have so many great Aussie authors don’t we – we are spoilt for choice. What genre do you prefer to read Marcia?
I am enjoying entering this comp as I am finding many books that I now want to read and discovering so many new sites. Australia Day is my birthday so fingers crossed I will have a new book to read.
Happy Birthday – I hope there is much celebrating to come.
By the way I love the name…Reading, Writing and Riesling. I would love to read any of these books.
I need to write about more about the Riesling….:)
All of the books sound fascinating, however Eugenia by Mark Tedeschi QC – that’s one I’ve been keen to read for a long time.
Worth a look – I am disappointed that some women’s political activist/pressure group haven’t got Eugenia exonerated.
Had to go with Deadly Obsession having the same name as the character and all … Thanks for the giveaway!
Loved Golden boys and interested to read Deadly Obsession.
Great reads both of them
Golden Boys is the one I’m most interested in. Hartnett has such a lovely style and her books always have glorious atmosphere.
Golden Boys is beautiful written with sinister undertones.
Happy Australia Day!
Thanks Dale
Not sure I previously commented? Deadly Obsession sounds like a book I would love to read. Happy Australia Day everyone x
Happy Australia Day to you too Rosie
I have not read any of Karen M Davis so Deadly Obsession is my choice , thanks for the opportunity.
