This sounds appealing even if you’re not out to ‘officially’ heal your gut, Carol!
I am now making this most days Margot – it is good hot or cold…
Well, I have half of this recipe already Carol as I have a bag full of lavender buds from when I made a batch of lavender scones last summer (which were delightful by the way with a big dollop of cream on top – though not very gut healing!) I do like flavoured teas. Real ones. As I have a China Rose Petal tea from Betty’s Tea Rooms, in the UK at home. Beautiful.
This sounds very calming. I do like chamomile tea anyway. Thank you.
And I have lavender growing in the garden – so easy for me too Rebecca. China Rose Petal sounds lovely.
