Blueberry & Kiwi Smoothie

Serves 4
2 kiwi fruit
200 g (7 oz) frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 orange, diced
100 ml (3½ fl oz) apple juice (not from concentrate), if you’d like a sweeter smoothie
Put the kiwi fruit, blueberries, banana, orange and apple juice (if using) in a blender, and process
to a smooth, even consistency.
