Everywhere we looked we saw whales!
And there was even one in this bay, close to shore – but we were not quick enough to capture it with the camera.

Such beauty is just breathtaking Carol. You’re very lucky! We travelled to our eastern province, Newfoundland, in June to see the whales. Disappointingly they decided to snub us during our trip, so I was thrilled to see a photo of yours……my husband also appreciated it.

Thanks Anne- we were just so lucky- it was a glorious afternoon-weather wise-calm seas, blue skies and not too hot- perfect for walking and whale watching. Today we did a tour of a few vineyards and a brewery- another excellent day 😀
