I love that you have such a great kitchen library, Carol. And fresh zucchini sounds great.
It’s great to be able to put the fresh produce to good use Margot-green tomatoes are next🙂and yes having some great resources makes all the difference.
Because it’s winter here, zucchini’s are at an all time high 😕 so at the moment we must content ourselves with store bought zucchini pickle. But come the summer…….😋 yum…….this book sounds like it has an abundance of delicious recipes.

Thanks Anne, it is a great giving garden and the book is a great way to process some of the harvest. We some how have banged to “lock” a small ( but growing) rabbit in our garden. There will be no beans to harvest this year🤣
