  1. I’m so glad you included this category, Carol. I think it’s easy to forget how important reading with/to children is. It has so many benefits for all involved, and it’s made even better when the book is engaging and appealing. People think it’s easy to create a good children’s book, but it’s challenging. Kudos to those who do it well.
