My View:

By far the best gluten free /FODMAP friendly cook book I have come across in a long time. If you have food intolerances but love baking this book is for you!

  1. Oh, Carol, I expect this cookbook was made for me! I have to be careful about a lot of things, and it sounds as though there are some great recipes that take account of people’s dietary needs without sacrificing flavour. What more could you want? I’ll be really interested to see what sorts of recipes she offers.
