My View:
Easy to follow, recipes for one or two people, lots hints and tips including how to set up your low carb kitchen, this book is sure to be a big hit.

I’ll be looking forward to those recipes, Carol. I do like finding interesting and tasty ways to add different things to the diet, keep the carbs/fats/salt/etc. under control, etc.. It’s just better for the body.
