View of Lake Albert, from Lake Albert Caravan Park – one of the cleanest, prettiest caravan parks we have stayed at. The lake just goes on forever, I have never seen such a huge mass of fresh water, and Lake Alexandrina is even bigger.

A Night on The Murray River
As far as location goes this caravan park situated on the river foreshore was stunning! And I managed to catch the light changing as it was reflected on the water – beautiful. I took so many photos!

A Day of Touring the Barossa Valley
Today we had a leisurely drive around some of the towns in the Barossa Valley. We stopped to take a picture of “Map the Miner” in Kapunda – a historic mining town… “Map” is also known as “Map Kernow” or the “Son of Cornwall”, and is a 7 metre statue commemorating the Cornish mining history of the town.
The gentle rolling hills provided plenty opportunities for more photos:
Guess who was laying in wait in the bushes? We didn’t notice him lazying here but Bob the Dog sure did!
And then onto Angaston – such a pretty town and a stop at the wonderful D & M’s Bakery for lunch.
